End User License Agreement

Effective: October 30, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between Streamline SMB, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"), and the business that installs or uses our apps ("you"). It covers:

• the Wow Menu Boards Player app for Fire TV and Android TV (the "TV App"); and
• any Wow Menu Boards app you install through an app marketplace, such as the Amazon Appstore or the Clover App Market

(each, an "App").

By installing or using an App, you agree to this EULA. Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply. If this EULA and the Terms of Service conflict about an App, this EULA wins for that App.

1. What the App does

The TV App plays the menu videos and images your business sets up for its screens. It downloads your playlist and media from our servers, saves them on the device, and checks in with our servers about every 5 minutes so we can keep your screens running. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what the TV App sends us.

2. Your license

We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, only to display your business's content through Wow Menu Boards, for your internal business purposes, while your account is in good standing.

3. What you may not do

You may not, and may not let anyone else:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or try to get its source code (except where the law clearly allows this despite this rule);
• copy, change, or make new works based on the App;
• sell, rent, lend, sublicense, or distribute the App;
• get around any security, licensing, or screen-count features;
• use the App to show content that is not delivered through Wow Menu Boards; or
• remove any copyright, trademark, or other notices from the App.

4. App store terms

If you got the App from the Amazon Appstore or another app store, that store's terms of use also apply to you. Where that store requires its terms to control, they do. The store is not a party to this EULA and is not responsible for the App or its support; we are.

If you got an App through the Clover App Market, Clover is not a party to this EULA. Clover's own terms apply to your Clover account, and Clover may handle billing for that App.

5. Updates

The App may update automatically, and some updates may be required to keep using it. We may stop supporting older versions of the App or older devices. You are responsible for your devices and internet connection.

6. Ownership

We (and our licensors) own the App. This EULA gives you a license to use it. It does not sell you the App or give you any other rights.

7. Ending this license

This license ends automatically when your Wow Menu Boards account ends, or if you break this EULA. When it ends, you must stop using the App and remove it from your devices. Removing the App also removes the media it saved on the device.

8. Disclaimers and limits

The App is provided "as is." The disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity sections of our Terms of Service apply to the App.

9. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any lawsuit about it must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
