Wow Menu Boards

Privacy Policy

Effective: October 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Wow Menu Boards collects, why we collect it, and what choices you have. We tried to write it in plain English. If anything is unclear, contact us using the form at wowmenuboards.com/contact.

The short version

1. Who we are

Wow Menu Boards is a product of Streamline SMB, LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Davie, Florida ("we," "us," or "our"). Wow Menu Boards provides digital menu boards for retailers and restaurants.

This policy covers:

Wow Menu Boards is a service for businesses. In this policy, "you" means the business that uses the Service and the people who use it for that business (like owners, managers, and staff), plus visitors to our Website.

Mailing address: Streamline SMB, LLC, Davie, Florida.

2. What we collect

Some features below are not live yet. Sections marked "when you use" a feature only apply once that feature is available and you choose to use it.

2.1 The TV App (available today)

The TV App plays the menu videos and images that a business sets up for its screens. Here is everything it handles:

What the TV App does NOT collect: It has no user accounts. It does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other personal details. It has no ads and no analytics or tracking tools. It does not use your location, camera, microphone, or contacts, and it does not collect advertising IDs. It does not collect anything about the people who look at the screen.

2.2 The Dashboard and business accounts (when you use it)

When you create or use a Dashboard account, we collect:

2.3 Payments (when you pay us)

Payments are handled by Stripe, our payment processor. We never receive or store your full card number. Stripe gives us limited details, such as the card brand, last 4 digits, expiration date, billing name and address, and your payment history. Stripe's use of your information is covered by Stripe's Privacy Policy at stripe.com/privacy.

If you subscribe through an app marketplace (such as the Clover App Market), that marketplace may handle billing instead. Its own privacy policy applies to the billing information it collects.

2.4 POS integrations (when you connect one)

See Section 5 for details on Clover, Square, and Toast.

2.5 Google features (when you use them)

See Section 6 for details on Google sign-in and Google Business Profile reviews.

2.6 Instagram, Facebook (Meta), and TikTok content (when you connect them)

See Section 7.

2.7 Screen alerts (when you turn them on)

If you ask us to alert you when a screen goes offline, we store where to send the alert: an email address or a Telegram chat ID. We use the screen check-in data described above to know when a screen stops checking in.

2.8 Our Website and cookies

Our Website uses only essential cookies. These are small files needed for the site to work, such as keeping you signed in to the Dashboard and keeping the site secure. Our security and delivery provider, Cloudflare, may also set essential security cookies to help block attacks and bots.

We do not use advertising cookies, ad trackers, or cross-site tracking. Because we only use essential cookies, there is nothing to opt out of. If you block cookies in your browser, parts of the Dashboard (like signing in) may not work.

Our web server also keeps the same rolling server logs described in Section 2.1.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

We do not use your information to show you ads, and we do not build advertising profiles about anyone.

4. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (targeted ads). We have not done so in the past 12 months.

We only share information in these ways:

5. POS data (Clover, Square, and Toast)

This section applies when you connect a point-of-sale (POS) system. You choose whether to connect one. You sign in to your POS provider and approve access. We never see your POS password.

What we read

We ask only for read access to menu information:

How we use it

We use POS data only to show your menu items, prices, and availability on your own screens (and to preview them in your Dashboard). For example, when an item sells out in your POS, your screen can show it as sold out.

What we do NOT access

We do not access payment card data, customer data, or employee data from your POS. If a future feature ever needs other data, we will tell you first, explain why, and ask for your permission before we access it.

We process POS data on your behalf, as your service provider. We do not use it for our own marketing, do not sell it, and do not combine it with other businesses' data to profile you.

How we protect it

The access keys (tokens) your POS gives us are stored encrypted. Only the systems that sync your menu can use them.

Disconnecting and deletion

You can disconnect a POS at any time, from your Dashboard or from your POS provider (for example, by uninstalling our app in the Clover App Market). When you disconnect or close your account, we stop syncing and delete the POS data we copied within 30 days.

Your POS provider's own privacy policy also applies to your POS account. For Clover, see clover.com/privacy-policy.

6. Google sign-in and Google Business Profile

This section applies when you use these optional Google features.

Google sign-in

If you choose "Sign in with Google," Google shares your basic profile information with us: your name, email address, Google account ID, and profile picture (if you have one). We use this only to create your account and sign you in.

Google Business Profile reviews

If you connect your Google Business Profile, we read your business's locations and its reviews (the reviewer's public name and photo, star rating, review text, date, and any replies from your business). We use this only to show your business's own reviews on your own screens, as you set up in the Dashboard. We do not post, edit, or delete anything on your Google Business Profile.

Reviews are written by members of the public and are already public on Google. You decide whether to show them on your screens.

Limited Use

Wow Menu Boards' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

This means:

Removing access

You can disconnect Google from your Dashboard at any time. You can also remove our access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When you disconnect or close your account, we delete the Google data we copied within 30 days.

7. Instagram, Facebook (Meta), and TikTok

This section applies when you connect these optional services. If you connect your business's Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok account, we read your account name and your business's own public posts (such as photos, videos, captions, and post dates). We use them only to show your posts on your own screens. We do not post for you, and we do not read private messages or your followers' information.

You can disconnect at any time from your Dashboard or from the other service's settings. When you disconnect or close your account, we delete the post data we copied within 30 days. Each service's own terms and privacy policy also apply to your account with them.

8. How long we keep information

9. How we protect information

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. These include encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted storage of POS and other access tokens, limits on who on our team can access data, and protection from Cloudflare against attacks. No system is 100% secure, so we cannot promise perfect security. If a data breach affects you, we will notify you as the law requires.

10. Your choices and rights

Choices for everyone

Rights for California and other U.S. state residents

Depending on where you live, including California (under the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA) and other states with similar privacy laws, you may have the right to:

Categories we collect (in the past 12 months): identifiers (such as name, email address, IP address, screen ID); commercial information (such as subscription and payment history); internet or network activity (such as server logs and screen check-ins); and professional information (such as business name and staff role). We collect these from you, from your devices, and from services you connect. We use them for the purposes in Section 3 and disclose them only as described in Section 4.

How to make a request: Use the contact form at wowmenuboards.com/contact and choose "Privacy request" as the topic. Tell us what you are asking for. We will need to confirm your identity, usually by checking the email address on your account. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof that the agent is allowed to act for you. We will respond within 45 days, or tell you if we need more time as the law allows.

Appeals: If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." We will respond within the time the law requires. If you are not satisfied, you may contact your state attorney general.

Global Privacy Control: Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of. We still treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a valid opt-out request.

Data in a business's content: If your information appears in content a business shows on its screens (for example, a photo of you in a menu video), that business controls that content. Please contact the business first. We will help them with your request when we can.

11. For visitors outside the U.S.

Wow Menu Boards is based in the United States, and our servers are in the United States. If you use the Service from another country, your information will be transferred to and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may be different from those where you live. If laws such as the GDPR (European Union) or UK GDPR apply to you, we rely on these legal bases: to perform our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running and securing the Service, your consent (which you can withdraw at any time), and to follow the law. You may ask to access, correct, delete, or move your information, or object to or limit how we use it, by contacting us through the contact form. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

12. Children

Wow Menu Boards is a service for businesses. It is not meant for children. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the "Effective" date at the top. If we make important changes, we will also tell account holders by email or in the Dashboard before the changes take effect.
