Our story
Jimmy AndersonFounder, Wow Menu Boards
Jimmy Anderson is a shop owner first. He opened Sweet Aloha Ice Cream in Davie, Florida in August 2021, the first combined artisan ice cream and Hawaiian shave ice concept.
Like a lot of owners, Jimmy builds the tools his shop needs. When he moved his menus onto TVs, the signage app he used did not play his moving menus smoothly on the Fire TV sets built into his TVs.
So he built a player that works. On October 29, 2026 it went live on all five TVs at Sweet Aloha: smooth full-HD motion, screens that go black after closing and come back on at opening time by themselves, menus that keep playing if the internet drops, and updates that install on their own. His staff never touch a remote.
That player is Wow Menu Boards.
