How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days free, and we don't ask for a card. Right now trials open a few shops at a time, and we set up your first screen with you.
What happens when my trial ends?
Billing isn't open yet. We will never charge you unless you pick a plan. If you don't pick one, your trial just stops.
How am I billed?
Per screen, per month, billed monthly. 5 screens on Basic = $60 a month.
Why can't I pick Standard or Pro yet?
Their extra features need Clover sync, which isn't built yet. We won't charge for features that don't work. Join the waitlist, start on Basic, and switch up at your founding price when it opens.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No. It's month-to-month with nothing to pay up front. Cancel anytime and take your content with you.
What are founding prices?
They are our starting prices for our first shops. If they ever change, we will tell you before anything changes on your bill.
Do I need to buy hardware?
No player box. It works on TVs with Fire TV built in, or any TV with a Fire TV Stick plugged into a free HDMI port.
I use Clover. Do I have to buy through the Clover App Market?
No. Coming soon: Clover shops can connect with a key from their own Clover settings and sign up right here, at these prices. You'll also be able to install from the Clover App Market later; billing there is handled by Clover and may look different.
